You pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice, and in exchange you get hour-long appointments, same-day or next-day access, direct phone and message contact with Dr. Scribner, and a patient panel small enough that he reads every lab and writes every protocol personally — no insurance billing, no diagnoses coded to get visits covered, no pretending a fifteen-minute appointment is enough.

Unlimited 60-minute appointments
No 15-minute slots. No “we'll need a follow-up for that.” The conversation finishes inside the visit.
Same-day or next-day visits
When something happens, you don't wait three weeks. You text Dr. Scribner. You get on the schedule.
Direct phone, text, and email access
Message Dr. Scribner directly. He responds personally — typically within the day, often within the hour.
Annual physical with advanced labs
The full workup — thyroid (with reverse T3), hormones with SHBG, inflammation, methylation, micronutrients.
Body composition scanning (InBody)
Clinical-grade segmental body composition at every annual physical — muscle mass per limb, body fat percentage, visceral fat, phase angle. The scale alone can't tell you whether you're losing fat or muscle. This does.
Mental health continuity
Depression, anxiety, ADHD — managed by the same physician, with the workup that looks for treatable underlying causes first.
Coordination with specialists
When you need a referral, we make the introduction, send the records, and stay in the loop on what they recommend.
Member pricing on every service
Discounted member rates on testosterone replacement therapy, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, ketamine therapy, NAD+, IV vitamin therapy, and the rest of the menu.
